Good sight , bad customer service if issues arise

Mounted optic to an sig 220 in 10MM. Sight was easy to adjust, clear glass, holds zero. After running approximately 350-400rds with sight installed, it began to go intermittent. Upon investigation, found battery compartment screw had gone missing. I have been trying to reach C&H precision both online and over the phone for the last week with no response.
Pros:
  • Good sight for the money
Cons:
  • Bad customer service if issue arises
Best Used for:
  • Putting rounds down range
