DPP Plate for M&P Core
Since S&W had stopped including a DPP footprint plate with new pistols and they charge $40 for a polymer plate I picked up the C&H because I have several C&H plates on my Kimber 2K11s. The plate fit the slide cut out perfectly as expected but it it needed just a little bit of filing on the posts to fit my Vortex Defender ST. Not sure if the vortex was off or the plate but just few passes with a micro file in the post corners and it fit up nice and tight. The optic isn’t going to move at all. Put 250 rounds through it and it held true!

Made Well But Didn't Fit
I had read onllne this plate would work on my FNX45 Tactical so I could mount a DPP footprint red dot (Vortex ST). Well, it didn't fit the notch in the slide, could've shaved some material off and made it fit but the screw holes didn't line up either and I don't like gerry rigging things like that so I returned it. So, if you are buying this for a FNX45 to mount a DPP, don't it doesn't fit.
