Hi all, if you are from California this Mag is not a good idea. Instead of drilling a hole and sticking something in it so it becomes a 30 round mag, they decided to crimp it. Defective!!

Do not buy, they are crimped & absolutely useless! I didnt know from the photo or description. New to these so all out of the package & cant return. Buy local until these guys get their sh!t together. Btw, they shipped my rear sight & foregrip by usps; it's still sitting in a facility somewhere until the post office has enough staff to process my 'shipment'. Not this site's fault on the shipping but offer more shipping options! I'm buying elsewhere & those mags are in the trash. Great job optics! ps - this review got flagged for using the word with an exclamation point in it.

good product, not amazing but not bad either

I've always had plastic/polymer AR mags from DD, Magpul, and Hexmag. Then I decided to try a steel one. This mag feels pretty solid. I think it's a good product, nothing special but definitely serves its purpose.

Great 10 rd mag

I have bought seven of these magazines from Optics Planet and have never had an issue with these. Easy to load never had a jam and for the price you can't beat it. Especially when you live in New York where everything is 10 Rounds. I would recommend this to anyone. Made well

AR Duramag 10round mag

These fit like a glove perfect fit just need to go to range and see how it goes, always like to go with name brand vs cheap way out for reason of dealing with issues vs saving a little $$$ for cheaper brand.

Great Product

Excellent product for people in restricted states. Excellent followers, sturdy body, there are excellent for bringing to a class especially if you have regular mag pouches, and the short body 10 round magazines don't stay in.

Best Used for:
  • anything that uses GI mags
