If you want to add a weapons light to your AR-15, but don't want to change out your handguard, this is probably the way to go.
How many people actually fix a bayonet these days? So use your bayonet lug for something more useful.
Installation is a breeze... slide it on and tighten the Allen screws to keep it place. Done and done. Now you have a mini-Picatinny rail right there.
The price is a bit steep though, for what it is! I'm knocking off one star because of that.
