Works, but far from great
I put this bipod on my 20” Grendel build. This build was for shooting at the range and deer hunting. It’s easy to adjust and was easy to put on my upper. The drawback, it just has a ton of play. pan and tilt
This is a very good looking lightweight bipod but the pan and tilt feature makes it a little awkward to use. I put it on a 22 caliber air rifle it works good I don't know how it would work with a big magnum rifle that kicks bad
Would recommend: Yes

Back to the basic bipod.
This Caldwell mechanism with the single wrench type of lockdown/loosen control is awkward at least, and insufferable after a while. Shame because everything else about it is quite nice. Theres yet again a reason its cheap.
Pros:
- Materials & Craftsmanship
Cons:
- Control mechanism works poorly
Would recommend: No
