I put a lot of 308 ball, 9mm from a carbine, and 22lr ranging from 50-100 yards. There is no visible denting or chipping on sides from anything.

Most Helpful Negative Review Cant handle rifle rounds

Got this target for the house so I could shoot longer distances and still confirm hits. I was shooting this target with 9mm and 22lr all week. Steel held up just fine. This is my first steel target and so far so good I love it. I like the yellow you know right away when you hit, and that nice sound of steel ringing never gets old!

I got this target to improve my skills. It handled everything that I shot it.
Everything from .308, 7.62x54r, 7.62x51, 9mm, 45,
and 10mm. No dents or craters.

Nice target

I have been using this target for my 9mm and 45acp pistols and have no complaint about its ability to take a hit and sound off. The biggest issue is that the yellow (paint?) comes off where it is hit. I will probably get some spray paint to renew the finish for Spring. This target is a good buy for the price and appears to be usable for my pistol rounds. I am not sure about using my 5.56 out of an 18 inch or longer barrel because of the increase in FPS and I am very hesitant about using green tip ammo on it except at longer range.

Perfect for long range shooting... The product is prepared for hanging on a steal frame to mitigate against spinning but move sufficiently to confirm hits.

First time using this with 55gr 223 had dimpled the steel and chipped an edge. Don’t waste your money on this.
