Tom's Review of Caldwell Ballistic Precision Chronograph
The first unit I received had some issues. The unit would not communicate with my Android smart phone. Caldwell customer support sent me a 15 foot USB cable and adapter at no charge which fixed the communications issue. The second problem was excessive errors. Caldwell replacement unit at no charge. Excellent customer service.
