Caldwell Magnum Rifle Gong
Used a piece of angle iron on the top tube above the gong for protection against a high shot. Duct tape held it in place while stand was set-up.
With shipping included, this was a great buy from opticsplanet.
Pros: Easy to set-up, takes little space when broken down.

Great Target System for Long Range
This product totally exceeded my expectations, it was very easy to set up and assemble. The frame is very well-made and easy to set up and breakdown, it takes less than a few minutes. The gong didn't even get scratched by the bullets, and the paint on it is very good. With free shipping you cannot beat this product. I am very impressed and would recommend.

Well constructed
Although I haven't actually set this product up and tried it out on the range, I can tell it is well built and easy enough to set up as I did open the box to inspect the product, it will work well for my use.

Makes Shooting Even More Fun
Very well made rifle gong! A great addition to our target practice. No need for the binoculars, just listen for confirmation of a hit. Easy to put together and tear down for transport.

Lot's of fun!
Lot's of fun, and the gong hands in there. Yhe light weight steel frame takes a beating from fragments that can punch holes in it. A little reinforcement and it will be fine.

Caldwell Gong
I shot this gong at 200, 300 and 400 yards with a .308 rifle. The AR 550 harden steel did not even dipple. This target system is easy to transport and assemble. I'm gong to buy the kill zone gong. More targets equals less moving the targets to different yardage. Optics Planet price and free shipping was the best deal I found.

Fun and simple to assemble.
This steel target was easy to assemble and very portable. You can paint it after shooting to keep it from rusting. It should have a good life as long as you don't damage the frame from errant shots.

Caldwell Magnum Rifle Gong
I bought this prior to deer season and my Grandsons and I have shot it repeatedly with everything we have including .22, .17 HMR, .223, .243,.270 and 30-06. I have repainted it twice but that is good because the paint chips allow you to see the hits easily at 100 yards with the high power rifles.

Great target- even better value with the earmuffs
This is a nice target system. I bought it so I could easily put up a plate target for rifle shooting. It's not too heavy (the frame isn't anyways), and easy to take down and transport.
Don't shoot the legs though, they don't feel liek they will stand a rifle impact )or some pistols).
The value is outstanding when you order the earmuffs with it. The earmuffs work great so far and amplify better than my Peltors.
