Bad design - no good beyond eyeball range - Caldwell Orange Peel 2 and 3in Bulls Eye Targets

Purchased this and the 8" version in hope that when I shoot at the 200 yard line that I will be able to better spot my hits. I'm using a Kowa 25x spotting scope and can see the .bulletsholes no better than on a standard black bullseye target. I brought may too many and can't even use them for anything g other than repairing target backers. Do not buy this unless you are shooting at a range where you don't need optics to see your hits. I'm now using the small pasty on the backside (white only)of my targets. Am able to see the holes way better than this "HiViz" target. Last but not least, the target have a hole punched so the store can hang them from peg boards. Thanks for putting a hole on a surface where there should be one until the customer shoots one.
