Not well built.
It drains batteries when it's turned off. The way you know is you go to turn it on and it just clicks at you continuously.
And now, when I try to torque something, it shuts off and resets.
It's junk. You're better off with a mechanical one.
If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Quality Product
I bought this to keep from overtightening the scope mounts to keep from messing up my high end scopes. It works well and I am very pleased with the results.

Great torque wrench. I love the display and the beeps. They do get louder at night when everything is quieter though. Don't use this while family and young ones are sleeping or you'll have a work partners or a pissed off wife. But i am happy either way. Im torquing everything down to the tenth decimal place with ease and accuracy. I would recommend a more grippy texture.

Failed from the start
Received this wrench and it has not powered on since the day I removed it from the package. Yes, I removed the black tab. Even replaced the battery and the wrench will not power on. Should have bought the analog wrench.

I would highly recommend this product if you don’t want optics falling off and anything else you want to tighten just great item all around fat wrench works great number one for sure I will be using this tool

Great wrench
I had the standard wheeler wrench before and upgraded to the digital. It is a great product. No complaints. Same great product just upgraded into a digital version to hopefully be a little more precise.

Wheeler Digital FAT Wrench
Excellent tool, very accurate, well made. Seems to be well made, should last forever. This tool is more accurate than most torque devices and is usable over a wide range of torque settings. Should allow safe mounting of any firearm product. Highly recommended.

New FAT Wrench
I also own the older Wheeler FAT Wrench which has a twist dial. This one works just as good but more accurate since you can dial to the precise torque you need. Very good product for the money when moving scopes around. High quality for the price as well.
