Most Helpful Positive Review Awesome
great pack. I carry it as an emergency pack/ man purse. I can easily fit 3+ days worth of supplies. Its heavy but thats because its well made. It is expensive but I was a Marine and never had a Cambak product fail in the field so I was willing to pay for that. Pros: Durable, versitile Cons: heavy, expensive

Great backpack

by JP, from TX, United States Written on October 23, 2014
This is my second one. My first one was stolen when my front door was kicked in. I guess he needed a sweet back pack to carry all my wife's jewelry an my laptop. It's a pretty recognizable pack and it should be pretty easy to spot a thug walking down the street with it on his back. I pray I never see the guy. He should pray he Never sees me too.
Pros:
  • rugged construction
Cons:
  • expensive but worth it
Best Used for:
  • End of the world

one of the best packs I own

by Importdan1, from OR, United States Written on August 29, 2014
Perfect weight, plenty of storage. This pack is one of my favorites. I own a molle 2 large ruck which is clearly to large for edc, I have a few other packs, including blackhawk, maxpedition, and opmod, which are great, but this one just does what I need.
Pros:
  • lightweight, quality build, ocp (multicam), awesome hydration system
  • reasonable price.
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • edc, day hike, commute to and from work, maybe 3 day if packed smartly.

Great pack

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on March 14, 2011
I did a lot of research before settling on this camelbak. I wanted more than enough space, and the quality one comes to expect from camelbak. The zippers are all good quality, and so is the stitching. It has stood up too a lot of abuse so far and shows no sign of wearing out. The amount of space is huge and compared to the cheaper alternatives I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great pack with plenty of space.
Pros: Everything was as expected, fast shipping
Cons: None
Would recommend: Yes

Big Rating for a Big Pak

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on March 10, 2011
Great pack for those who like to take their house with them on hiking or camping trips. Advertised for having MOLLE loops but there's not much to work with.
Pros: Lot's of space, large bladder, well thought out design, rugged and very sturdy
Cons: Not enough MOLLE loops
