Most Helpful Positive Review Keep it clean
You will appreciate this cover the first time you slip and fall when hiking in dusty terrain. Use lots of rubbing alcohol to lube the valve and the cover to facilitate installation. It is actually easier to install the mouthpiece through the small end of the cover. I have tried it both ways. Pros: Works as it should Cons: Difficult to install

I like the cover, and think its important to cover bite valve especially when you put your pack down.

Great addition to a pack hydration system.

If you're a backpacker, this invaluable item will keep your mouthpiece clean and keep it from leaking from inadvertent pressure. I purchased a bladder with the system already attached and liked it so much that I refitted my older bladders with the same system. Works like a champ!

Cons: Can be difficult to install.
