Poor quality product and average customer service - Cammenga Official US Military Tritium Lensatic Compass

The quality of the compass I received is not good. The Tritium vial on the rotating bezel has been placed off centre and only lines up straight when you move it three three degrees to the right off the sighting line. The overall finish is poor and My impression is that it is not a first quality product.
I emailed this information to to Optics Planet, but received a general return process email in return, Customer Service is not great and this will be the one and only time I will order from them.
