Camp Chef Explorer 2
Optics Planet did great on the shipping. It was quick and I had no issues. The explorer 2 is a great grill for whatever you wanna cook while camping or just hanging out in the yard. I have the griddle and Artisan Pizza oven accessories and I look forward to using them both quite a bit this summer.

- Mobile with lots of accessories to cook anything you can dream up.

- It a little heavy

- Cooking home fries and eggs on the griddle

Works like a dream
I'm a campfire cook and am always looking for new ways to cook on the campfire. Since this oven is just an enclosure I immediately spotted it's potential. The manufacturer says not to use it on a wood fire but provides no reason. The oven is designed to handle 500 degree heat so that isn't it. It has no electronics. It's just an enclosure. I bought it, prepped it as directed (washing the stone) and put it on a straddle grill over the campfire and PRESTO! wood fired pizza that was the rave of the party. I love this thing! I'm going to try wood fired pies on it next.
