Excellent product. I had a Traeger for 5 years and this one's better with a few more user friendly features like the ash dump. Smoked my first ribs Friday and they came out perfect!great convection circulation without hot spots inside. Have not used the in-meat thermometer yet but that's another big asset. Great value for your dollar. I did not see an original Camp Chef smoker but trusted the on-line videos and descriptions enough to order. The friendly folks at Optics Planet did a stellar job of assisting me with the order. It actually arrived earlier than expected and is all as advertised - and packaged very well. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a smoker.
