Pretty disappointed that the griddle top warped after a few cooks. Customer service is top notch and replaced it right away, but the instructions on using the griddle and preventing warping are terrible. I paid extra for a Camp Chef to prevent this, but it looks like Blackstone is just as good for less. 3 stars due to customer service. Otherwise it would have been 2.
