Remove all doubt!

by Randy, from GA, United States Written on January 28, 2016
Not sure if it's a doe or a buck at 230 yards? These glasses remove all doubt. If you spend a lot of time glassing in the woods, you'll love these for the eye fatigue relief. Money VERY well spent! I should've bought these before my spotting scope cause they're easier to carry.
Pros:
  • easy to adjust
  • Comfortable padded strap
  • Work wel lat close range
  • Replaces my spotting scope
  • Great carry case
Cons:
  • a bit heavy at 28 oz

Best bino's EVER!

by skylerrex, from CA, United States Written on December 1, 2014
I've owned these glasses for 3.5 years, and they are nothing short of amazing. The stabilization increases image acuity dramatically, while reducing eye fatigue at the same time. I would choose this set of glasses over equivalent Swarovski's HANDS DOWN! Yes, Swaro's are excellent, but without the I.S., hand-held Swaro's just can't match the Canon 10X42 L IS in terms of image quality. Mounted to a tripod, the Canon performs equally as well as any Swarovski, at half the price.

When I'm not using these in the field or at sporting events, I use them to check out the night sky. You can clearly see a couple of Jupiter's moons, without a tripod! The light-capturing capacity of the 42mm objective lens is very effective at making faint stars visible, while the 10X magnification provides ample angle of view.

The only con that I've ever heard about these relates to the objective-lens covers. However, I like them. They are low profile covers that fit securely, when needed. I've never had an issue with them. Everyone who has tried my Canons loves them. Then I show them how to use the I.S., and their jaw drops in amazement.
Pros:
  • Build quality
  • Brightness
  • image quality
  • neck strap
Cons:
  • weight
