squirrels chewed right thru the plastic shell

squirrels chewed right thru my outer plastic shell like it was nothing , now I am out $500, so if you are in a state with squirrels beware , hard to believe they would take that into account , a bear will rip that thing apart if a squirrel can ruin it

very poor auger set up

The auger is to small for tube an most of feed falls off before reaching the top to come out. An company doesn't get back to me. Was really hoping these were going to be great love the idea. Nothing against Optics Planet,
