You can shake aloaded mag upside down
and it will not fall out.

Straight foward Value
Fits XD45 mags. Good secure retention, though I want mine a little stiff for everyday carry as opposed to competition. Good attachment to belt. Easy on and off. Prints unless you wear a jacket or vest. Good value. Low risk.

Too bulky for a single mag.
While this case reliably keeps 9mm mag in place, the case is too bulky because of a plastic spring element, which provides friction to keep the mag in place but makes the case probably 50% deeper. I don't like the design of the belt attachment. It is inconvenient to place and remove the case to/from the belt.

Avid shooter
Excellent retention and worked great with duty belt, is really easy to draw and during running stayed in place with no issues. Construction is solid and durable and also looks good highly recommend for competitions that allow it as well as off-duty wear for carrying an extra magazine.

Blackhawk Mag Case
Strong construction, well made product. Good value for price. Magazines stay secure, with easy removal. Fits well on pistol belt with a little travel, that’s the only negative. I will buy more for my other rigs.

I Love It!
This item is great because I can easily carry an extra magazine and it is compatible with the shoulder harness and the rail carrier which makes carrying it east Not to bulky and well-made. Would recommend it. Also, if you buy this get the carbon fiber it looks way hotter!

Very nice mag holders
I bought two of these to hold mags in my Blackhawk! Shoulder rig. They work well. There is a nice balance between the friction created by the internal plastic spring and the need to quickly access mags in emergency.
A sharp shake will dislodge a loaded double stack steel mag when held upside-down, but this is not a realistic test. I can’t foresee a situation when that kind of force would be applied when these are used on a belt or under my arm.

Ok mag holder
Tension is ok, but the clip leaves the holder loose a little loose. It will probably work better with a thicker and wider belt, but's also not as low profile as I was hoping. I'll probably find a use for it at some point, but I find myself still shopping for a couple 9mm mag holders after this purchase.

Initial excitement gives way to disappointment
This product performs admirably the first few times out - decent retention and a very quick mag change.
However, the tension spring craps out really quick. Kept a loaded Glock mag in there for 2 weeks and the tension spring is dead. The pouch will spit out the mag if you shake the pouch.

Perfect for concealed carry
This mag case is perfect for concealed carry.Fits perfectly on a 1 1/2 inch leather belt and stays put. Holds magazines securely but is easy to draw mags from when needed. I use this for my S&W M&P40C (10 round mag)as well as my S&W M&P40 full size with 15 round mags.

Blackhawks mag case
Very good mag case. Clips on easily and is designed not to un-clip easily. Holds my magazine firmly for an open top mag case. I have had mag cases in the past that are loose, slide off easily, are too tight. This mag case is not one of them. The last one I got unsnapped when you insert a magazine. I got it on amazon and returned it immediately. If you are using this for concealed carry it is a little bulky. It works for me though. I expected it to be somewhat bulky because it is a double stack mag holder. I am happy with the price and wear it every day. Hope this helps.
