Product quality is excellent as in all Carlson Choke tubes. This item is not correctly represented in the description on Optics Planet or Carlson's web site. Due to problems with steel shot use in Beretta Optima HP choke systems, Carlson uses a higher strength Carpenter Stainless steel (CAS 455) in their Super Steel series, but ONLY in their 12 gauge chokes. As such the 20 gauges chokes are not properly represented int the description as they are not made of the is material. I confirmed this with Carlson via a phone call. Therefore there is no difference in this choke materiel wise than any other of their series for this shotgun choke system.
