CatDad's Review of Carlson's Rifled Choke Tube
I have two already and this is the third. Better accuracy with factory Foster slugs and lots better with cast 690 ball per load data.
Pros:
- Better accuracy for less than fully rifled barrel,
- Better accuracy for less than rifled barrel with standard slugs.
- Better accuracy than smoothbore without expense of rifled barrel with sabot ammo
Cons:
- Just don't use buck or birdshot with rifled tube
