Excellent pairs of optics!!!!!!!!! - Carson 3D 10x42mm Roof Prism Waterproof Birding Binoculars

When I say I did my research on binoculars...trust me, I went OCD on this. I went to numerous stores (Dicks, Cabela's, local retailers)to put hands and eyes on different brands. I spent time looking through every pair I could in my price range, then back and forth again to try to discern the differences between the quality of each pair. I even compared high end pairs from Zeiss and Swarovski to see the hype. I read countless reviews as well. My favorite after all that was actually the Monarch 5's from Nikon. No one local carried the Carson's but all the reviews I read said that they were very comparable to the Monarch 5's. As an added bonus the Carson's come in camo (I'm a hunter) and they include the shoulder harness. So on the blind I ordered the Carson's from Optics planet. I couldn't be happier. They are just as clear and crisp as the Monarch 5's, plus camo, plus the harness for the same price.
