Most Helpful Positive Review Celestron PowerSeeker Accessory Kit
I purchased this kit for use with my 6" reflective telescope. The telescope was used when I bought it so I've had to purchase eyepieces for it. I wanted to get a decent kellner eyepiece in the 14-16mm range and another in the 5-6mm size so this kit was perfect for my needs. The filters that came with the set are a bit dark. I have other filters, and in comparison, these Celestron filters seem a bit too dark for any casual viewing. I didn't buy the set for the filters though so it's all good. The eyepieces are of good quality and precision. I would recommend them to someone on a tight budget.

This is a very hand set of additional accessories for anyone to use with their telescope. The two eyepieces are 1.25 inch in size. The filters are very handy too: one moon filter, and two filters for viewing planets. Also, by getting this set rather than buying the individual pieces, you are saving money.
Pros:
  • Economical and handy
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • amateur astronomy
Would recommend: Yes
