Purchased based on reviews and the Celestron name. I was looking for a compact spotting scope for easy carry. Optical quality nowhere near expected. 1/4" high printed text only barely readable at 50 yards and lowest magnification. Higher magnifications are unusable.
Pros: Very nice package, compact and easy to carry.
Cons: Optically unusable.
