The tool fits very loosely in the focuser to begin with so I don't trust it's accuracy. The bottom is recessed to make the fit even looser and it needs to be pulled almost all the way out to use as a sight tube in my XT10, verdict- useless as a sight tube. The cheshire part is just impossible to see clearly enough to adjust the primary, verdict- useless for primary adjustment. The collimation cap that came with my scope works much better than this. Do yourself a favor and get a good laser and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: difficult
