Great Little Binocular Excellent to use

by Doctor Bones McCoy, from NY, United States Written on August 10, 2021
Having been in Astronomy for a while, and I have a couple of Telescopes and I have the Celestron Cometron Binocular 7 X 50, a Celestron Impulse Binocular 10 X 50 and I am gong to get the Celestron Upclose G2 10 X 50 Porro Prism Binocular item number 71256. I have bought the Celestron Upclose G2 10 X 25 Binoculars item number 71232. These are excellent binoculars and I saw a star in the night sky last night. Can't wait to see the moon when it comes out. These binoculars have a neck strap that is already attached so I don't have to attach one onto these binoculars, and they are very compact and fit into the nice soft carry bag plus it comes with a little micro fiber cloth and a handy carry bag and it comes with an easy to understand Instruction Manual. All in all these binoculars are very light to hold and you won't get shaking which is very minimal and you can hold these binoculars for an extended time when you observe, and when you use these binoculars you can see during the daytime chimmneies, trees, and a host of other things when you do Teresrestrial observations. All in all these are a great pair of binoculars.
Pros:
  • Great Binoculars, easy to use great to hold
Cons:
  • Don't drink coffee, no cons

Compact Binocular

by Sebastian, Verified Owner from OR, United States Written on June 12, 2013
Celestron binocular lines are amazing, but not this. The size is a bit small for the price and image quality is not so good, as it dims easily when dawn or dust. Perhaps good during sunny days, but poor peformance during evening time. But still it is compact views are not so bad. If you have a bit more to spend, go for celestron 10x50 or 8x40 instead, gives better view
