Nice Piece of high power binocular
This binocular really bring image really close up. Nice to touch too. But it gets a bit dim during low light condition and narrow angle (acceptable at 20X). Value buy overall

For what they cost they are fine
Little to much magnification for what I wanted them for. Not their fault I think but can't see the target due to them moving as I hold them and not that clear. But fine for what they cost. I think for farther viewing they would be fine.
Celestron UpClose
From the Optics Planet web site I purchased the Celestron UpClose G2 20x50 Porro Prism Binocular.

The package arrived in good condition. However when I unpacked and tried the binoculars I found them to be difficult to focus.
I discovered that while focusing, the two oculars (the lenses you look into) seemed to be moving independently, that is to say they didn't move together. I continued to use the binoculars but soon became annoyed with this focusing problem.
I usually don't return items that don't meet expectations, I disassemble them and throw the parts away.
The first item I removed was a flexible closing cover at the front of the binoculars, the point around which the binoculars rotate to accommodate the distance between the eyes. Under this cover there is a screw that holds the two oculars onto the focusing shaft. The screw was loose, had the cover not been there the screw would have fallen out. Tightening that screw to an acceptable firmness has partially solved some of the focusing problem. I would not recommend purchasing this item, in fact I would recommend that Optics Planet remove it from their catalog.

The quality is very good
I traveled to the island with my family.I bought a Celestron UpClose G2 20x50 Binoculars to observe nature.
I doubted, "Is it okay?" .But as I observe the sunset glow, this doubt has been resolved.It was sharper and higher quality than other expensive brands.I was too satisfied with the price.I am now recommending Celestron UpClose G2 20x50 Binoculars to a friend by phone.
