This thing fits the majority of the gan 3 size after market guide rods.....go with the same brand rod as spring to be safe maybe.

It's a spring, good quality. I don't know what to say other than it fits the smaller glock factory size guide rods/centennial defense or similar.

The spring worked fine for what I needed it for. Full disclaimer; I was using it for a different project, so it didn't actually go in a glock or other pistol. But it seemed solid, fit for my project, and left me with no complaints.
