Great extended length solid Pivot, and Traverse Bipod for uneven terrain.
I have a shorter bipod with no traverse function, that is only used when target shooting from a shooting bench. This size is perfect with Pivot, and Traverse Bipod, and the 29" length is perfect for field use.
After reading the previous review, I read a great write up on Field and Streams Web site, and they gave it great reviews, plus a few other Sportsman's Web Sites that also showed good results, and a few that did not like it. I made my decision, and ordered it, due to the fact I am only 5' 11" but have a long back, and the 29 inch height is perfect for me, I treated it like any other at...

Champion Traps and Targets Pivot Traverse Bipod
I purchased this Bipod with optimistic expectation as I usually buy Harris Bipods. I am pleasantly surprised with the similarity. I mounted on a 223 Ruger Predator for coyote hunting. The Bipod is sturdy, the legs close very well with the spring load system (just like Harris), pivot is not sloppy so it is easy to stay on target when the need to pivot or canter the rifle to get a shot. It is perfect at max height while sitting. You wont be disappointed with the purchase.
Pros:
- Sturdy & supportive
Cons:
- none I experienced
Best Used for:
- rifle shooting

I like the ease works great !I like the way it pivots and swivels the locking mechanism him is great that extension of the legs are great and the locking mechanism is for the legs work real well I am definitely thinking of getting a second one.like any spring-loaded bipod just beware of the spring-loaded legs keep your fingers out of the way.

Disappointed in this product.
When I first got this bi-pod it was amazing. It worked as advertised. Then after a couple weeks or so it broke. Four screws that hold the top plate, where it mates to the gun, somehow stripped out and now I can't so the bi-pod. I'm not sure if this is just an odd one that they made, but I probably wouldn't recommend it.
Pros:
- Great for tracking game
Cons:
- Be careful of the four screws on the top plate
Would recommend: No
