Champion Traps and Targets Shooting Bipod w/Cant & Traverse
This is a great bipod, and way cheaper than other brands. My only complaint is the lock down leaver doesn't stay locked down for long and ends up moving, it is quick to lock it down but sure there is a better method than this that will keep it locked when you want it.

I recently purchased two of these bipods. One for my 308 Savage, and another for my m1a. I'm interest to see how they hold up.
I still haven't made it out to the range, but I can already tell I like the range of motion these bipods offer.
Similar bipods at local gun shops go for 60+
I've heard nothing, but good things about champion. Yeah if you're going to roll around in the mud, and throw your gun on the ground spend 200-300$ on a heavy duty bipod.
For the money it can't be beat
Pros:
cost
Cons:
None

What more could you ask? Try a fair price! You won't be disappointed.

It took me all of a minute to install. No tools needed. Worked great out of the box. For rapid tension adjustments, it is fast, quiet and rock solid. No slipping or creep after it has been locked down. I decided to change some of the tension adjustments to my personal preference. Again, easy to adjust for even more of a personalized feel with the turn of a few screws (after initial adjustments, I will never need to use a tool again and this is optional). Springs are strong and hold the legs in the upright position with out any rattle or sound when not deployed. When legs are deployed, they adjust fast with a single turn of a knob on each leg.
I mounted it on my Savage BMag 17wsm Stainless Heavy Barrel with a Boyd's Featherweight Thumbhole stock in Pepper. I added a Vortex scope to top it off. This is my new "go to varmint rifle" out to 300 yards. Varmints beware... Snipers up!
Pros:
Strong
Price, well made
Ease of use and operation
Adjustable tension
Cons:
None what so ever
Best Used for:
Bench and field shooting

This is a good piece of gear for light duty work. It's obvious in the springs and metal construction. The Harris Bipod is clearly a stronger and better built bipod. The Champion bipod has it's place on some of my smaller carry rifles and the kids .22 rifle. The traversing feature is quite nice and comes in handy on occasion. I give it a 4 star only because it is not a Harris bipod.

Easy to install. Does what the product claims. A little rough on the traverse but very small amount light oil smoothed it out. Shipping from Optics Planet on time as always. Will buy another but in different height.
