the big and easy smoker ( NOTTTTT) A SMOKER
not much of a smoker but it makes a great grill for steaks,pork chops it cooks too fast because of the infor red inside to be a smoker.it get too hot inside.much better for cooking pork chops because since the fire is at the bottom of the grill it does not dry out my chops before they are cooked.
