I purchased the multi-pack of Chiappa Inserts, only to find that they had shipped 2 380 caliber inserts and no 9mm. I contacted OpticsPlanet to inform them of this matter. They promptly shipped out the 9mm insert at no charge. That's customer service. I'll be using OpticsPlanet for all of my future orders of their product line. Thanks for your service, and great company response.
