original rusted then returned and got another rusted barrel
I bought one of these and all of the steel was rusted and even had fingerprints rusted into the steel, it came with no threar cover, and the threads were dinged. I returned it for another one. When the second one came in, it was rusted as well. Im very disappointed in the quality control of OP with these, especially for the price i paid. I got tired of waiting to build my ar10 so i sandblasted and cerakoted the steel parts of the barrel that arent covered by the carbon fiber. The overall construction of the barral seems very heavy duty. Waiting on ammo to shoot it now.

beautiful barrel
great barrel masterfully made 9/10 would recommend only complaint is there was a burr left during the manufacturing process that made it difficult for the bolt to unlock manually by pulling the charging handle back once it was broken in the issue resolved itself
