Best outta the bunch
I had a self-demanded criteria when it came to my barrel choice. I wanted a cmv barrel with a nitride finish. (CHF isn't required). I has to be a 223 Wylde and 10.5; and in stock...yup. So after looking at SS barrels and what not, I came back to this and bought it. It arrived and is wonderfully made. This is my modern day defensive battle-ax platform and will test it out after the build is fully complete. This early review is for the additional 10% off. I did select this out of many other options and feel fulfilled that I did.
Best barrel for the money through Optics Planet
Quality. Not expensive. Reputable brand. Stoked about this barrel.
Best Used for:
- Tight groups with leftover funds for blasting ammo.

A cut above the rest
Best short barrels I have found period. Pristine machining. High quality finish. I was blown away by the capability and accuracy that I got out of the 7.5 that I bought, it inspired me to plan a 10.5 and make this barrel the center piece for it. If you cathch these barrels on sale dont hesitate. These are the finest you will find at this price range.

Looks like a nice barrel
I absolutely love the trigger so I decided to try out one of the barrels. Although I have not completed this build yet and I’m not going to shoot it first impressions are pretty good. Gas port looks nice in the inside of the barrel came nice and clean. The finish on the outside is also very nice. I picked up one of their gas blocks and gas tubes as well to go with this. CMC is good to go!
