This works as intended and allows the forward assist button to be functiona. It also acts a weight to reduce bcg vibration.
The reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because i have one in both my dedicated upper and the convertion upper. They have both broke and needed replacements.
Luckily CMMG has a great lifetime warrenty on their products and have replaced mine when they broke. I only wished these were made with stronger material so they can last longer.

- makes forward assist button fuctional
- adds weight to bcg to reduce flex/bounce
Cons:
- made with weak material prone to breaking
