I purchased this for a frt trigger, but it’s a lot more complicated then just putting this in. It does the job.

This CMMG Auto Sear Trip and Anti-Bounce Kit works Perfect with a CMMG .22lr Conversion Kit in a proper lower, like a Full Auto tax-stamp or other dedicated, correctly functioning lower.
The kit allows the hammer to reset and function in full auto mode when used with an accompanying CMMG Conversion kit, which will save money on ammo (.22lr vs .223 cost), give the shooter that grinning, giggling, fun factor of full auto rock n roll, and is easily swapped out when returning the rifle to .223 use.
Unsure if it works with binary triggers, ect but works perfect with a proper full auto lower.
Cons:
- Might not work with binary triggers
Best Used for:
- Inexpensive full auto fun

Works great, no issues at all. Finish and machining are excellent. I have another one that I bought about ten years ago. That one has been flawless as well. I noticed the new weight has a slightly different shape so I weighed them, the old one weighs .717 ounces and the new one 1.26 ounces. Apparently they felt the need to make it heavier but the old one has worked fine for the last ten years.

These need to be redesigned, they are so thin on the one side that I’ve had 4 break in 3,000rds.
Pros:
- Provided dimensions to make my own

The part that trips the sear was twisted and would bind in the upper receiver when installed. It is not very far off, but you may have to twist it a little to get it to work properly. It should move freely forward and back when installed in the upper for those of you needing this part.

Trip frame was VERY distorted, right out of the box. Not sure how much “correction” this design can take, but oiled it up anyway and tried the first bolt rack. Tab broke off, first dry bolt rack — NO GO! The bounce weight also had sharp edges at the forward end, which I lightly sanded round, so it wouldn’t eat my upper, but I suspect the side “wobble” it has would do it anyway, even if I ever did get to finally chamber a round!
Pros:
- None. Train wreck from the start.
Cons:
- VERY thinly and cheaply stamped, and never even got to the first round.
Best Used for:
- Refuse, or very small door wedge!

Perfect and functional on a proper setup, no toy triggers here. With a Reliability Kit by Taccom 3G (no plug, a KNS picatinny end plate only) and the plastic CMMG charging handle to increase reliability for the .22 round does everything to make it run just fine.
Best Used for:
- Proper setup as designed.

I received the post and it was damaged. one of the sides of the sear was bent out so it jams and doesn’t let the bolt cycle. It was not caused from shipping because the box was still perfect. It was sent out damaged. When I manually forced the bolt to cycle it did work with my Echo II. So it leads me to believe that if the sear was not bent it would function like it’s supposed to.
