very nice part
This is a surprisingly nice part, and just happen to fit the design I was looking. The shape of the paddles, and positioned close to the receiver. It’s not too big, just the right size to get extra aria, and minimal snag risk. The lower paddle is a lot easier to get onto, It just sits a little higher then expected. Important: make sure to fully mount your mag catch first as there will not be enough room to rotate it after installing the bolt catch

Solid part
As a left handed shooter, I wanted to do a lot of the manipulation with my dominate hand, I can keep my hand on the grip while locking or releasing the bolt. So far it makes manipulation quick and efficient. Would recommend.

Works on LRBHO uppers
Some extended bolt catches don’t work on AR-9s where the LRBHO is on the upper. Too much weight or out of spec causes the LRBHO not to function. This one works well and is good value. I’d grab this even for normal AR-15 builds, since it’s much better than mil-spec.

high quality bolt catch at bargain price
High quality well machined bolt catch. Fit and finish is great. Functions flawlessly. Fits perfectly on an aero m4e1 lower. Can’t beat the price.

Good enough
I think this bolt catch was designed specifically for CMMG lowers, maybe? I say that because the lower half of the catch protrudes quite far out from the lower itself, I can definitely see it getting snagged on gear often. I got it because I didn’t want to may $30 for the maritime bolt catch but having just bought that one on sale, There’s no comparison. This catch works just fine but if you want something that truly feels like an upgrade to your AR, go with geissele’s bolt catch

Make it easy
These are much nicer than stock releases as they make it easy on the thumb when operating do to the wider contact area.

bolt catch lever
this lever is a great benefit for anyone with old skin, probably would be great on a women's rifle as well, at seventy years Old that LITTLE stock catch button was a bit uncomfortable when used at the range to clear the chamber before going to check the target, The new button ( maritime button ) works great, this particular item was more for Comfort and agility with old hands and to that end it is perfect,.... again for a woman with delicate hands it would be perfect as well, Easy installation, if you have the roll-pin style mount it may be a bit difficult, I have the threaded bolt catch screw so it took me less than five minutes, good looking, large grip purchase area will work good with cold, wet hands, I love it !
