Most Helpful Negative Review wouldnt hold mag gave my ar feeding issues
I wouldn’t recommend buying this ambi mag release I would suggest coughing up a little more for a nemo ambi mag release or a Type A mag release. Had to push up my mag for my ar to properly feed

Lefty And Works

by Freddie Rubalcaba, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on June 14, 2025
Works better than expected. The tension on the button itself isn’t to soft. Where the mag could drop from a minor tap. Also isn’t to hard where as you would have trouble pushing the button down. Overall great product and gonna get one for all my pistols.
Pros:
  • Tension is good, and works with ease on left or right
Cons:
  • none for me
Best Used for:
  • Reloading Faster

good product works like it's supposed too. Just be sure not to tighten it to much or you may cause feeding issues

Too easily activated.

by Dot6, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on April 26, 2024
Bought three of these but wish I hadn't because the extended tab on the port side makes it way too easy to release the magazine. Takes barely any pressure to release the magazine from the left side. Might be okay if you shoot only at a designated rifle range but would absolutely not recommend for hunting or service rifles. I'll probably end up grinding most of the thumb tab off of mine or putting the Mil-Spec ones back on and giving these away.
Pros:
  • Handy if shooting off a bench.
Cons:
  • Too easily activated.
Best Used for:
  • Shooting from a bench.
  • Losing magazines.
