This is the Mack daddy of lights I was really impressed with the output. It to me is a little overkill if you just need a flashlight but I like to see my surroundings and it will light up a big area so there is never any surprises in store at least for a area of 100 ft around you at any point. So if you are looking for a flashlight I would say the coast hp14 would be great but if you are looking for the sunshine get the hp21 turns the dark into day.
Pros: super bright, strong feel, quailty workmanship to say the least
