I bought one if these recently. The blade is thick and SHARP. I squared off the spine to work well with a ferro rod. It fits the hand well. Opens a bit stiff.oil helps but it needs to wear in. I like the fit and finish. There is no lateral movement in theknife and it locks firmly open.

Cold Steel Bush Ranger Lite
Okay so this the first Cold Steel knife i have bought and i have seen other reviews, i personally have been collecting CRKT blades for a while and do love the quality even for there cheaper edc knives. With this Bush Ranger fist thoughts are good the blade is sharp straight out the box with the paper cut done no problem, blade quality hmmmm made in china but for the cost im not that fussed as if i wanted the big boy i would have spent the money on the original Bush Ranger. Overall i think for the cost the only real complain is the handle weight as the blade is 3 mill thick 8.9 mill long so it is heavy and no counter weight in handle to balance it out, may need to get new heavey duty pocket clip and hopefully this will give it the balance i needs. 3/5
