Great knife difficult to disengage lock - Cold Steel Recon 1 Folding Knife

Overall the knife is fantastic but is very difficult to close after lock is engaged , I’ve read multiple reviews where it supposedly gets better after use but I have yet to experience this , it will make me hesitate to buy this brand with this type of locking mechanism in the future
