Basically rubbish
This thing is so far below of what Cold Steel use to represent as product quality and integrity...
This is a stamped out cold-rolled steel blade, flimsy, no hardness and coated with thick black paint to prevent the inevitable rust from eating it away as it sits in inventory. Lets not forget that this thing came absolutely duller than DULL. I've encountered sharper feeding baby utensils. I was unable to determine if the poly molded handle was actually encapsulating a full tang or not.
The ONLY positive I have to say for this machete is the sheath is decently constructed.
