Cold Steel Tai Pan in San Mai
Was hesitant to purchase such a narrowly job focused knife. Usually purchase multi function knives. But after playing with this, I am more than happy with it. It has one job to do and it will do it well. You know when your holding it that it is worth it.

I have looked at the Cold Steel Tai Pan for years, I should have bought it years ago, Great Knife!!! Just buy it if you at looking at it. Balance is supreme and edges are great. I have heard negatives about some Tai Pan, they must have been fake Tai Pan because this real one is Amazing blade. Only negative is the sheath was super tight, 3 minutes with a blow dryer and that was fixed.
