I purchased a trailmaster in 3v and the blade was overground to the point that it reduced the overall thickness of the spine of the blade. Cold steel refused to warranty or even address the issue. From what I can see online, every picture of a 3v trailmaster has this defect, unfortunately it is very hard to see in most pictures. It seems they produced at LEAST one entire batch of these with overground thinned spines. These are basically unmarked factory seconds. The lack of any desire or attempt to remedy the situation by cold steel solidifies my decision to not purchase any more of their knives.
