I bring mine camping, mostly to boil water for dehydrated meals or to warm up with. When I first got it I lived in AK and my wife and I would go motorcycle camping quite often. This fit in one of the saddlebags and we'd heat up canned food mostly, and bring it into rest area toilets to warm up and dry off when it would rain. I did pick up some spare parts like an extra pump but have yet to use it as the oem one is still working great as I oil it once in a while. I also only run gasoline through mine as when I would take it motorcycling I would just pull the line off the petcock and fill the stove up that way.

When first started it will throw a decent flame up until the gas tube heats up enough, usually only takes a few seconds though.
