Could not believe such a product was available!!
Our Colt Mustang Plus II cried out for a laser, once my wife started shooting it. The laser has excellent build quality, is easy to install, and the fit was PERFECT. This device will definitely enhance shooting ability for those whose eyes do not appreciate the very poor Colt fixed metal sights...Highly recommended.
Accuracy assured!
I really have a hard time getting a good site picture with the tiny factory sights. Front post on the Pocketlite is grey and rear notch is too narrow. With the laser the groups now assure me of confidence shooting even out to 25 yards.

Great deal
The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star product is the on/off switch being too easily activated. If there were a more pronounced detent, it would be perfect. Besides that small issue, it performed beyond expectations. Visibility is excellent in broad daylight, and the dot is visible beyond practical pistol range at night. Fit on my Mustang is very snug, with no movement at all. Installation was easy, and the adjustments were simple & straightforward.

optics planet shipped very fast. price was fair for the quality. fit good. battery life is less than advertised but ok. on/off switch is easy to turn on when placing in holster so I plan to carefully shorten the buttons. they extend out more than I think is necessary. very bright laser with new batteries becomes dim as batteries die.

The LaserMax Colt Centerfire Laser For Colt Mustang fit perfectly on my Colt Mustang Pocketlite. It only took a few minutes to install and it was a perfect fit looking like it was factory installed. I did a lot of research on the LaserMax and I could not find anyone offering it at a better price.

disappointed in this purchase
I'm disappointed in this purchase...this is my first purchase of a lasermax product and never again...I put the laser on inside my house during the day at only 5 ft and I could hardly pick up the laser against the wall..in darkness it is better but not even close to the brightness of my Crimson trace and viridian lasers...I would not trust this laser in a gunfight... While your eyes would be straining to find it you would be dead...this product is a waste of money...sorry lasermax ...you need to do much better if you want to compete with Crimson trace and viridian...

Great laser option for Mustang
The mustang is a great pocket gun for CC. I had been lookin pg for a good laser option and this fit the bills. The fit is perfect and the Colt logo is a nice touch. Has held true through 100 rounds. Great product!

Perfect addition to my pocket-lite. These people ship promptly and it was just as expected. Easy to put on the weapon. Haven't fired yet but I am sue it will be on target. Like the on/off button and the auto off to save the battery

Great Laser
I bought a LaserMax for my older model (blued, not stainless) Colt Mustang PocketLite. It is high quality, fits perfectly and works fine. I have fired a few rounds with it and it did not change zero or become loose. Before I bought mine, my girlfriend bought one for her late model stainless Colt Mustang like the one pictured she is quite happy with it. I installed both her laser and mine. Putting it on the trigger guard required quite a bit of finger force, but nothing broke. I highly recommend the LaserMax.

Colt Mustang Lasermax
This unit was very easy to mount on my Mustang. It was also very easy to sight in. It held its zero very well after 40+ shots . My only complaint, is that it seems almost too easy to turn on. Maybe it's me, but I am afraid that one of these days I will accidentally turn it on when putting the gun in the holster. It's no big deal, I just make doubly sure that it is not on when I re-holster the pistol. This is real hard to beat for the price, and it even has the Colt emblem on it. If I am not mistaken, I think it is the same unit that comes with Colt's factory laser equipped Mustang
