Stitching coming undone - Condor Outdoor Summit Zero Lightweight Soft Shell Jacket - Men's

I purchased this jacket in Nov/Dec 2017. After about a month of light use, the stitching in the collar, where the hood tucks under the flap, is coming undone. It appears that the person sewing the garment never finished the stitching and left it open ended. I am giving this jacket 2 stars because I do like the design and function of it. However, the quality and workmanship is not quite up to par. I would have rated this jacket 4 stars if not for this issue. The only other thing was the main zipper could have been a little better. It took some finessing in the beginning but was fine once I got the hang of it. I also ordered the Condor Summit Jacket (fleece lined version) and returned it for a faulty zipper. Not sure if the jackets I got were the ones that slipped through QC or if this is a common occurrence. If you already have this jacket or are still planning on buying it, my recommendation would be to take a close look at the stitching. Overall pretty disappointed with this jacket.
