good but could be better
Sits perfectly at the collar bone. I run 10x13 plates and there is no movement. The quick release is a good alternative to Velcro, due to noise. The shoulder buckle does dig in, but the shoulder pad helps with this and adds a little more molle for gear. The cummerbund could use some attention. If you need to adjust its like relacing shoes.
