Final sale covert 10x42 blemished item - Covert Optics 10x42mm Roof Prism Binocular

The Covert 10x42 Binoculars are a very nice mid-level optic and are offered at a reasonable final sale price. The issue is these are BLEMISHED items being sold as first line products. My pair has a very nasty black spot on the internal prisms/lenses? OP is historically very customer service oriented; however, they are extremely hesitant to replace/exchange/refund this item. I cannot recommend the Coverts for this reason. I may have considered them if they had been listed as BLEMISHED, but I was under the impression they were first line items offered at a fair discount. I would avoid this product.
