The APP is very easy
The Picture is clear
Notifications are typically within 15 seconds (depends on service). Check Verizon coverage map here https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/ Also, the APP tells you how much signal you have, very handy.
USE:
1: I use one for my the entrance to my house as a security camera as wifi will not reach the beginning on the road
2: Game cameras are set up all over where we hunt. App makes it easy to file pictures based on animal.
Settings
there are date/time range settings and any and all the settings you can think of... AND its really easy to use them.
Battery
you have the option to use 4,8, or 12 AA batteries. I have tested one with only 8 AA batteries (will hold a total of 12) and another with 4 AA batteries. I have been very impressed. there is also an option to set up a solar panel and use rechargeable batteries. I will update once that test is completed. so far, I am 200 pictures in as of 30 days and both cameras are above 95% battery life. The APP also lets you the know the battery life %. remaining.

I purchased 3 Covert Blackhawk 20 LTE game cameras. They work very well in the Finger Lakes Region of NY where they are deployed using the Verizon network. I get frequent notifications on my phone and can download and share easily. The photo quality is only so so. The photos are not crisp. There is a really cool feature whereby you can take a photo on any of your cameras using your phone in real time and it is immediately available to see. Photo quality is disappointing and the service rep says that it is because, "The photo that sends to the app is a compressed file, about the resolution of 5MP. When you have the MP setting to say 20, that is a large file that has to compress to 5MP and can cause the images on the app to be grainy." When I replace the batteries I'll also exchange the SD cards and check image quality off the cards on my computer. In the meantime, we'll keep looking for that fuzzy 10 pointer.
